Lead management, quotation generation, hotel and supplier records, itinerary building, and process automation in one system.

Architecture

Laravel with MySQL-backed workflows.

The CRM was migrated to Laravel and includes REST API work alongside the core PHP application.

Challenge

Keep every stage useful to the next.

The system connects sales and operations instead of treating each workflow step as isolated data.

Active software, not a frozen demo.

The CRM is actively maintained and extended with new features supporting daily workflows.
